Reduce Stretch Marks

Hey guys.. I have a question; I have tons of stretch marks on my upperthighs and my ****. They look like scars( of course =[ ). Will running/doing squats and exercising reduce the stretch marks?

I have really bad stretch marks on my outer and inner thighs and around my ****..but I’m not fat at all! it’s really annoying and really visible..it makes me really self-conscious too. Does anyone know of cream that I can buy from a local drugstore or something that will either get rid of them or make them less noticeable? please help!!
